Shumen Planetarium

The Shumen Planetarium is an indoor facility featuring a dome with a diameter of 4.2 meters and a height of 3.5 meters. This project was completed in 2024. The planetarium can accommodate up to 11 seating places. Our team designed and manufactured the entire structure. For the dome segments, we designed a mold and produced them using glass fiber. The projection image is generated by a set of four projectors positioned around the dome. The client required a compact planetarium suitable for both children and university students to conduct courses and classes.
